    • Does your product say WallMonkeys on it? Do you include any WallMonkeys marketing materials in the shipping tubes?

    Rest assured, we do not include ANY branding when we ship on behalf of our professional customers.  The tube, FedEx label, and image are all logo free.  We do not include ANY marketing materials in the tube either.

    • Do I need to be a photographer to receive the 30% discount?

    The photographer's program is for professional photographers and graphic designers who need a partner they can count on to fill their orders in a timely manner. 

    • How do I sign up?

    To sign up for a pro account, please place your first order with us.

    Include your website, EIN or photography / design business facebook page in the comments box at the end of check-out.

    Once approved, the discount will be applied as a refund to your first order, and your account will be activated so that all following orders receive the discount automatically.

    • How does the Wallmonkeys.com Professional Photographer’s Program work?

    We offer professional creatives a 30% discount off the retail prices listed on our web site. Wallmonkeys offers the largest discount and best prices in the industry on custom wall graphics. Wallmonkeys wants to create profitable partnerships with the professionals we work with.

    • Are Wallmonkeys Graphics just for sports?

    No way! Anything you are interested in is a use for Wallmonkeys Graphics. Dogs, cats, horses, baby pictures, business logos, trade show graphics, group/team photos, Sweet Sixteens, college dorm rooms, you name it. If you have a great idea, let us know!

    • Does it cost anything to sign up?

    No.  Creating an account is FREE.  Simply sign in and place orders whenever you like.

    • How do I receive my discount?

    Your discount is calculated automatically at check out.  Just make sure you are logged in to you Pro account.  

    • What if I would like to place orders for other Wallmonkeys Products?

    Your professional photographer's account is meant for professional, partner related transactions only.  We will only process orders for custom Wallmonkeys for your photographer's account.  Please use an alternate account for all other orders.

    • How much are the various size WallMonkeys?

    • What about the smaller additional graphics?

     When you order a 48 inch tall or larger WallMonkeys, we will include (4) 12 inch images for FREE!  Kids and parents LOVE the extra images.  Players love to trade images with teammates or give them to grandparents and relatives.  The extra images are something you will only get at WallMonkeys.com.  If you order a 36 inch image and we have space, we will include one or two additional 12 inch images if we can fit it.

    • How big is each Wallmonkeys Graphic?

     Wallmonkeys Graphics have all different shapes and sizes depending on your choosing. They start at 12 inches” tall and go all the way up to 72”(6 feet tall). The maximum width is 48 inches. However, the width cannot exceed the height, which is the longest side. So, a 36 inch image can be 36 inches wide as well. 60 and 72 inch images can be 48 inches wide max.

    • What is the best way for me to market WallMonkeys to my customers?

    Far and away, showing actual products/WallMonkeys at the point of purchase is the BEST.  Nothing draws a crowd like having 4 foot tall or larger WallMonkeys for kids and parents to see.  A box on an order form will not get it done.  If you want to move some product- order a couple samples to put on display!

    • What if my image is bad? Will you print it anyway?

    No.  We will NOT print any image that will print poorly.  WallMonkeys customer service will call or email to notify you should your image have an issue.

    We even call professionals during our quality check step.  If you would like to be exempt from being called about the quality of the images submitted, please let us know so we can streamline the process as much as possible.

    • Can you ship straight to my customer? 

    Yes, we can.  You will still get FedEx tracking, email notification when your item ships, and an email receipt for your purchase.  Your customer simply receives the WallMonkey in the mail.
