How big is each Wallmonkeys Graphic?
Wallmonkey graphics can be any shape or size that you need them to be - that's why we're custom printers! They start at 12" and go all the way up to 6' tall. The maximum width is 48 inches. However, the width cannot exceed the height, which is the longest side. So, a 36" image can be square, but 72" images have a maximum width of 48".
What are Wallmonkeys decals made of?
A Wallmonkey is printed on Photo-Tex, the best material available to stick on your wall (and it comes off super easily, without leaving any tacky residue behind). Other pretenders use vinyl, which is much cheaper, significantly thinner (most companies use vinyl that's 4 millimeters thick, Wallmonkeys are 10 millimeters) and does not stick to as many surfaces. Photo-Tex costs more, but your walls are worth it!
Will a Wallmonkeys decals damage my wall?
No. Wallmonkeys are totally safe for walls. No tapes, nails, glue or anything is needed to apply your Wallmonkeys. You can even put Wallmonkeys on things beside walls, like cars, mirrors, glass, doors - just about anywhere with a flat surface. Wallmonkeys even stick to bricks!
What file formats do you accept?
We are currently accepting .JPEG, .TIFF, .RAW, .EPS, .AI formats. The only file types that can be viewed in the library are .JPEG. The other types of images will be accepted, however an X will appear in the library below. Do not worry, we have received your image. If you have "vector" file please send to CS@wallmonkeys.com You will be contacted to process your order.
How large of an image do I need?
This is an important question. We recommend you take your pictures with a 4 mega pixel camera or higher. Our printing capabilities are awesome, but the better the image you provide to us, the better image we will return to you! For best results, always set your camera to the highest possible resolution, and take a close, clear photo. Our site will not allow image uploads of files smaller than 1.5mb. If trying to upload a "vector" logo that may be under 1.5 MB please send to CS@wallmonkeys.com. You will be contacted and we will process your order for you.

How long does it take to get my Wallmonkeys decals once I order?
We send out your order within 48 hours and ship via your choice of Standard Shipping or one of Several Available FedEx Options. Customers will receive their order within 7-10 business days. Need it sooner? No problem! We'll overnight your WallMonkey if you want us to (additional charges may apply, of course).
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but you've got to cancel in 12 hours or less. See that part above about us shipping out orders within 48 hours of receiving them? If you cancel any later than 12 hours, your Wallmonkey may already be on its way.
What is your return policy?
We stand behind our products 100%. If we make an error in the printing process or your image differs materially from the image you uploaded, please let us know. We will issue a Return Authorization number for you. Email cs@wallmonkeys.com. with return requests.
