How big is each Wallmonkeys Graphic?
Wallmonkeys Graphics have all different shapes and sizes depending on your choosing. They start at 24” (2 feet)tall and go all the way up to 72”(6 feet tall). The maximum width is 48 inches. However, the width cannot exceed the height, which is the longest side. So, a 36 inch image can be 36 inches wide as well. 60 and 72 inch images can be 48 inches wide max.
What are Wallmonkeys Graphics made of?
A Wallmonkeys Graphics is printed on Photo-Tex, the best material available to stick on your wall..and come off just as easily. Other pretenders use 4 mil vinyl that is much cheaper, and does not stick to as many surfaces. Photo-Tex costs more, but we think you are worth it!
Are Wallmonkeys Graphics just for sports?
No way! Anything you are interested in is a use for Wallmonkeys Graphics. Pets, the military, poker, group photos, Sweet Sixteens, college dorm rooms, you name it. If you have a great idea, let us know!
Will a Wallmonkeys Graphic damage my wall?
No. Wallmonkeys Graphics are totally safe for walls. No tapes, nails, glue, or anything is needed to apply your Wallmonkeys Graphics. You can locate your Wallmonkeys Graphics almost anywhere..and then move it whenever you want.

What file formats do you accept?
We are currently accepting .JPEG, .TIFF, .RAW, .EPS, .AI formats. The only file types that can be viewed in the library are .JPEG. The other types of images will be accepted, however an X will appear in the library below. Do not worry, we have received your image. If you have "vector" file please send to CS@Wallmonkeys.com You will be contacted to process your order.
How large of an image do I need?
This is an important question. We recommend you take your pictures with a 4 mega pixel camera or higher. Your camera manual will tell you this information. Our printing capabilities are awesome. The better the image you provide to us, the better image we will return to you! For best results always set your camera to the highest possible resolution, and take a close, clear photo. Our site will not allow image uploads of files smaller than 1.5mb. If trying to upload a "vector" logo that may be under 1.5 MB please send to CS@Wallmonkeys.com. You will be contacted and we will process your order for you.

How long does it take to get my Wallmonkeys Graphics once I order?
We print your image within 3-5 days, and ship via UPS Ground. Transit times vary based upon your distance from New Jersey. Customers will receive their order within 7-10 business days. You may get it sooner, but we don't want to get you too excited!
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only within the first 12 hours of placing it. We print FAST, so 12 hours is all you get!
What is your return policy?
We stand behind our products 100%. If we make an error in the printing process, or your image differs materially from the image you uploaded, please let us know. We will issue a Return Authorization number for you. Email Jason@Wallmonkeys.com. with return requests.
